**CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING**
Please note, completing an online reservation does NOT mean your booking is confirmed.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. As such, you will be sent a Tab Travel invoice for the total booking value within 24hours of making an online reservation.
Full payment is due within 2 business days from date of invoice. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in your booking being cancelled
Traditional bank transfer is not possible. To pay via Tab Travel is the only way we currently accept online reservations.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-In: from 14.00 - 18:00
Check-Out: 10.00
Please note that all special requests (such as early check-in, after-hours arrival, late check-out, etc) are subject to availability and confirmation. Additional charges may apply.
Eg: for a confirmed early check-in, you will need to book and pay for the night prior to your arrival.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Our rates include breakfast and all service fees and taxes.
Accepted Credit Cards on-site: Master Card, Visa
All rooms our rooms designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 people and come with a queen bed, mosquito net, overhead fans and AC.
Televisions are NOT available, which is our way of encouraging that you adapt to our laid back slow life ethos.
The Kip can help organise an airport transfer. We use a private driver for all our transfers. The journey is usually around 2.5hrs-3.5hrs (depending on traffic). If you are travelling with a surfboard you will need to book a van. To confirm the transfer, all we need is your flight details (time, flight number, etc) along with your vehicle preference.
No self-catering permitted.
No parties are permitted on the premises.
Quiet hours after 10pm.
We are a non-licensed premises.
Please note, The Kip does not take any responsibility for the safety of valuables on the premises. If required a management safety deposit box is available for highly valuable items.
PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Policy:
1. 50% of the booking value is fully refundable up until 60days prior to arrival
2. Reservations can be modified free of charge (subject to availability) up until 30days prior to your original check-in date. No refunds will be issued if your new reservation value is less than the original reservation value. If your new booking value is greater than the original booking value, the difference will be charged at the time of change.
3. If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent will not be refunded
4. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from date of cancellation and in the same currency as originally paid.
